Gourmet Gluten Free Cinnamon and Dinner Rolls
Coming mid July 2025
Hi! My name is Stephanie Younger. I’ve been baking ever since I was a little girl. Sweets are my jam!
Over the last few years, I’ve been selling my gluten free cinnamon rolls at The Cupcake Shoppe and Bakery in Ogden, Utah, and showcased them at Utah’s Gluten Free Expo, where they quickly became a crowd favorite. Seeing how many people lit up when they try them- knowing they’ve been craving something they can actually eat- made me realize how much this is needed. That’s why I’m here now, to bring these treats to more people and share how it all began.
In 2007, I started a blog called Stephanie's Kitchen that got some traction and landed me on KSL’s Studio 5 a few times. It was so much fun, and I learned so much. But motherhood took over and I put the blog to the side hoping that one day I could come back to it. Even so, I never stopped baking and creating recipes.
Then, in 2019 I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. It gutted me. Baking was my passion and I felt like I would never be able to bake and create again. The first few gluten-free attempts weren’t even edible- I cried a lot. But I kept going. Over and over. Five years later, I feel like I've finally cracked the code. I’m so proud!
My favorite creation? My gluten-free cinnamon rolls. They’re soft, gooey, and the texture is true perfection. My gluten-eating family has been my squad of guinea pigs, testing every single version. It took a lot of trial and error to get here, and I couldn’t be happier.
